Tara Payor, Neighbor

I am a full-time graduate associate at the University of South Florida.  Currently, I am completing the Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on Secondary English Education. My research includes work on maximizing the classroom experiences for both teachers and adolescent learners by focusing on instructional design and instructional practices. I am a former high school English teacher and am actively involved in serving the education profession both locally and nationally.  As a Teacher Consultant for the Tampa Bay Area Writing Project, the local site of the National Writing Project, I am able to be involved in education at both the local and national levels.
