L. A. Radio Reading Service Broadcast Studio

Also known as LARRS, the L.A. Radio Reading Service provides radio broadcasting for the blind and otherwise print-impaired. Broadcasting 24 hours a day, seven days a week on the sub-carrier frequency 88.5 FM, LARRS does radio and Internet readings of newspapers, magazines, advertisements and books so the visually impaired can be included and informed as members of the community.
