Carol Jensen from Chatsworth is one of the hundreds of volunteers who make sure that the troops serving far from home are not forgotten on Christmas or any other day.

Operation Gratitude packs care boxes filled with goodies from home as well as personal letters addressed to individual members of the Armed Forces. CBS News took a look at this Valley-based organization, which recently packed its 750,000th box.
