It's a big deal when they shut down Devonshire Street. And that's what they did Sunday to make way for "The Polar Express."

That was the theme of the 28th Annual Chatsworth Holiday Parade and Festival. If you missed the festivities, check out the video, and make sure to mark your calendar for the Kiwanis-sponsored event next year.
