Chatsworth Baseball Coach Resigns After 23 Years

In the more than two decades since Tom Meusborn took the helm of Chatsworth High's baseball team in 1990, the school has gone on to win eight City Section Division I championships and 19 West Valley League titles.

But on Tuesday, he announced he's moving with aspirations of coaching a college team, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Meusborn was 28 when he came to Chatsworth. 

"I've had a great run and lived a dream here," he told the Times. "It's a good time for me to try to get to the college level."
