Here Are the CSUN and High School Graduation Dates

Monday

6 p.m.: Cal State Northridge will begin commencement exercises with an Honors Convocation on the lawn in front of the Oviatt Library, featuring CSUN interim President Harry Hellenbrand as the commencement speaker. More than 1,500 graduating students are expected to participate.

Tuesday

8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.: Cal State Northridge will hold three commencement ceremonies. At 8 a.m., the Mike Curb College of Arts, Media and Communication ceremony will be held on the Oviatt Library lawn. At 3:30 p.m., the College of Science and Mathematics ceremony will be held on the lawn south of Manzanita Hall. At 6:30 p.m., the College of Health and Human Development ceremony will be held on the Oviatt Library lawn.

Wednesday

8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.: Cal State Northridge will hold three commencement ceremonies. At 8 a.m., the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences ceremony will be held on the Oviatt Library lawn. At 3:30 p.m., the College of Engineering and Computer Science ceremony will be held on the lawn of Manzanita Hall, with computer science alumnus Nicholas Timinskas as the commencement speaker. At 6:30 p.m., the College of Humanities ceremony will be held on the Oviatt Library lawn.

Thursday

8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.: Cal State Northridge will hold two commencement ceremonies: the College of Business and Economics ceremony at 8 a.m., featuring telecommunications entrepreneur Paul Jennings as the commencement speaker and former U.S. Census Bureau director Vincent Barabba, who will receive an honorary law degree, and the Michael D. Eisner College of Education ceremony at 6:30 p.m., featuring Rebecca Mieliwocki, the 2012 National Teacher of the Year, as the commencement speaker. Both ceremonies will be held on the Oviatt Library lawn at CSUN, 18111 Nordhoff St.

Northridge Academy High School

Graduation ceremonies will be held 7 - 8:30 p.m., May 25, at the CSUN Matadome.

Chatsworth High School

Graduation ceremonies will be held 6 - 8 p.m., May 29, on the school football field.

Granada Hills Charter High School

Graduation ceremonies will be held 7 - 10 p.m., May 31, at John Elway Stadium on campus.
