The Granada Hills Girls Varsity Basketball Division 2 city champs bested Culver City, 49-46 in overtime, in the first round of the CIF State Playoffs.
A 3-pointer by Jenny Cuadra's put the Highlanders up one with under a minute left in overtime Wednesday. She wrapped up the game with nine points, five in overtime.
Danielle Ward contributed 15 points and 19 rebounds for Granada Hills.
