A 20,520-square-foot Chatsworth industrial building has been sold for $2.3 million, according to the San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
The recently renovated building at 8944 Fulbright Ave. was sold by Wells Fargo Bank to Empire State of Mind LLC, an Agoura Hills private investor, the newspaper reported. The structure was built in 1969 and is located on six acres of land.
It is fully leased and tenants include Fusion Steel Inc., All United Van Lines and engineering firm Ambitech Inc.
