The 15-home tract features an American farmhouse design. Stoney Point is at 10867 Topanga Canyon Blvd.
At 11 a.m. July 19, the developer, Planet Home Living, will cut the ribbon and offer refreshments and begin public tours of the homes."We instantly saw the potential with this location and are pleased to see it come into fruition. Our intentions to counterpoint the status-quo and holding to our vision of estate-sized homes on large lots with accommodating floor plans has exceeded buyer expectations. We saw a market of 'family-in-law' living that had been ignored in this region and wanted to address it, " said David French, chief operating officer for Planet Home Living.

CEO Michael Marini said that injecting the design with materials such as rope, metal and salvaged wood enhances the indoor/outdoor entertaining areas with "an agrarian vibe" and plenty of textures.
