What's Open, What's Closed on Veterans Day?

Here's the schedule for Monday.

Monday, November 12:

Shopping: Stores are open for a big shopping day.

Mail: The Post Ofice is closed and mail will not be delivered.

Schools: Monday is a school holiday.

Government: All government offices are closed as well as animal shelters, courts and libraries.

Finance: Banks are closed, but financial markets are open.

Trash: Pickup will follow the regular schedule.

Transit: Buses, subway and Metrolink will be operating.
