Trash: Trash will be picked up as normally scheduled schedule.
Government: City, county and federal offices, animal shelters, courts and libraries will be closed. However, state offices, andthe DMV, will be open.
Schools: Schools are open.
Mass Transit: Buses, trains and subway will run on a regular schedule.
