VIDEO: Riding the Orange Line from Chatsworth to Canoga Station

Bus line is on schedule, under budget and set for June debut.

Metro has been running Orange Line buses on the Warner Center to Chatsworth extension for the past three weeks, testing the roadway and traffic light transponders all along the route. The trip takes about 12 minutes.

The bus line is with opening expected in June. Riders will be able to connect to the Red Line subway in North Hollywood and from there to downtown Los Angeles and all the other subway lines.

Metro reminds motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists to watch out for buses as they pass intersections to ensure a safe operation.
