The seats are being vacated by retiring Treasurer Allen Glazer, a founding member of the council, and Varoujan and Vernalie Deirmenjian who are both long-time members of the board.

Any Stakeholder is eligible to run for office.  The bylaws define a Stakeholder as anyone who lives, works, owns property or boards a horse within Neighborhood Council boundaries.  All seats are at-large and all board members are volunteers.
