Nov. 22, 2012

My staff and I believe strongly in volunteering and supporting non-profit organizations like the North Valley YMCA, which provides much-needed services in our community. We were proud to join the YMCA as volunteers to help their annual distribution of Thanksgiving dinner baskets to less fortunate families at schools in the San Fernando Valley on Wednesday, Nov. 14.

The baskets contain all the ingredients a family needs to cook their own complete Thanksgiving dinner at home so that they can participate with dignity in this great American holiday. This year, the YMCA expects to distribute over 2,000 Thansgiving dinner baskets to San Fernando Valley families.
