Board of Neighborhood Commissioners meets in Chatsworth.

The Board of Neighborhood Commissioners (BONC) presented certificates to eight North Valley Neighborhood Councils to recognize 10 years of service to their communities.

In addition to regular meetings at City Hall, BONC travels across the city to honor councils and hear comments from the public.

They met at Lawrence Middle School in Chatsworth Tuesday for the first time in five years.
