VIDEO: Alleged $2 Million Real Estate Scammer Was Target of TV Exposé

Lynn Eichenberger of Chatsworth and Loan Thituong Nguyen of Westminster were arrested in Orange County.

A Chatsworth woman charged in an alleged $2 million foreclosure scheme once ran her operation out of a second-story office adjacent to the Chatsworth Library.

Lynn Eichenberger, 42, who was arrested in Orange County Wednesday along with Loan Thituong Nguyen, 43, of Westminster, was the target of a hidden-camera exposé by KCBS2 in 2009 for allegedly defrauding people investing in a  development called Emerald Bay. KCBS2 said she claimed that she was the CEO. Calling herself Kc Luera, video showed that her Valley Credit Express offices were at 21032 Devonshire St.

“This is the solution that is going to save your home,” Eichenberger was caught saying on the KCBS2 hidden camera. “If you have a $300,000 mortgage, guess what, it freezes,” she said.

“I think she’s a predator and she has been preying on people’s savings accounts,” said investor Len Armijo.
