Valley Chiropractor Pleads Not Guilty to Charges He Molested Patients

Nosrat Ghodousi, 59, is charged with one count each of sexual penetration with a foreign object and sexual battery by fraud.

A Reseda chiropractor charged with sexually assaulting a female patient pleaded not guilty today.

Nosrat Ghodousi, 59, is charged with one count each of sexual penetration with a foreign object and sexual battery by fraud.

He allegedly fondled and sexually assaulted a patient on Dec. 20, during what was supposed to be an exam at his Van Nuys office.

Ghodousi was ordered to return to court on April 22 to set a date for a hearing to determine if there is enough evidence for him to stand trial.

If convicted as charged, he could face up to nine years in prison, according to the District Attorney's Office.
