The collision occurred at 9:37 p.m. at 19700 Parthenia St., near Corbin Avenue, said Matt Spence of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The woman passenger was pronounced dead at the scene, Spence said.
The driver and a passenger of that vehicle were taken to a hospital in what Officer Karen Rayner of the Los Angeles Police Department's Media Relations Section called stable condition.
