A pair of armed robbers were arrested in Northridge Thrusday following a vehicle and foot pursuit, CBS2 reports.
The chase began in the afternoon near Tampa Avenue and Saticoy Street. The driver of the Ford F-150 pickup truck managed to avoid a spike strip, but another pit maneuver led the getaway vehicle to crash into a tree, according to CBS2.
Both suspects got out of the truck and fled on foot at Nordhoff and Darby Avenues and were eventually apprehended and taken into custody.
