Porter Ranch Man With Down Syndrome Is Missing

Kitt Carson is Latino with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet tall and weighs about 130 pounds.

A 23-year-old man from Porter Ranch with Down syndrome went missing Friday.

Kitt Carson was last seen at his home in the 19900 block of Eagle Ridge Lane, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Carson has the mental capacity of a 12-year-old, and his family is concerned for his safety, police said.

Authorities urged anyone with information regarding Carson's whereabouts to contact LAPD Devonshire Division at (818) 832-0633 or (877) LAPD-24-7.
