Have You Seen This Woman?

Suspect allegedly used a false California driver's license at Wells Fargo Bank branches.

The public's help is sought in identifying a woman accused of using a fake ID at banks in Porter Ranch, Stevenson Ranch and Murrieta.

On June 27, a woman allegedly used a false California driver's license at Wells Fargo in Murrieta, to withdraw $4,100 from the victim's bank account, Murrieta police said in a wanted flier posted Aug. 9.

On the following day, June 28, a suspect with the same description allegedly entered Wells Fargo branches in Porter Ranch and Stevenson Ranch, and attempted to withdraw money from the same victim’s account again, according to police. However, she was unsuccessful, police said.

The suspect—wanted for identity theft—was described as a black female between 40 and 50 years old who weights approximately 200 pounds.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect, was asked to contact Murrieta police Sgt. Phil Gomez at 951-461‐6356.
