Police Tuesday searched a Northridge neighborhood for a possibly armed man reported to have been involved in a domestic violence incident, but did not find him.
Officers went to the 8900 block of Amestoy Avenue about 10:20 a.m., said Los Angeles Police Officer Norma Eisenman.
Police searched for the unidentified man, who reportedly had threatened to use a firearm, but gave up the search after about an hour.
