Is This Your Stolen Watch? Here's How to Check

Detectives have recovered valuable jewelry and watches.

The Los Angeles Police Department is asking burglary victims who lost high-quality jewelry and watches to check the West Valley Police Station website to see if they recognize recently recovered items.

As part of an ongoing investigation into the Knock-Knock Burglaries, the LAPD seized more than 3,000 pieces of jewelry and watches from inside a hidden compartment in a Beverly Hills home, according to a statement issued by the police department. Some items have been tied to Encino and Tarzana area burglaries from as long as two years ago, it said. Investigators believe the items were stolen from throughout Southern California.

Victims who believe they recognize an item as their own (to see the items, click on the link under the photos of the police captains) may complete an addidavit and provide supporting documents or photographs and mail them to LAPD West Valley Station, Burglary Unit, 19020 Vanowen St., Reseda, CA 91335.
