McInerney's Lawyers Fail to Get Judge Disqualified

Brandon McInerney is accused of killing Lawrence King in an Oxnard classroom three years ago.

"Brandon McInerney's lawyers unsuccessfully tried to have the judge in the murder trial disqualified Thursday, arguing Ventura County Superior Court Judge Charles Campbell was biased against homosexuals and the defense team."
