UPDATE: Main Break Causes Flooding at Reseda and Roscoe

The two streets are closed at the intersection due to large amounts of water flow.

UPDATE--11:15 p.m.

One lane in both the eastbound and westbound direction of Roscoe Boulevard were reopened, according to City News Service. Water service is still off, but DWP officials hope to have it return sometime Tuesday night.

Flooding due to a water main break at Roscoe and Reseda boulevards has closed the Northridge streets, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Large amounts of water flow were reported at 4:06 p.m., said spokesperson Katherine Main.

The city's Department of Water and Power, Department of Transportation and the Los Angeles Police Department are at the scene, she said.
