LAPD Runs a Sobriety Checkpoint in Canoga Park

A second roadblock will be in the Los Feliz area.

The Los Angeles Police Department to will be conducting two sobriety and driver's license checkpoints, each in Canoga Park and in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles, the department announced Saturday.

In the San Fernando Valley, a checkpoint will be conducted in Canoga Park on Sherman Way at Variel Avenue during the same period, according to the statement.

In the Los Feliz area, on Hyperion Avenue at Scotland Street, the checkpoint will begin at 8 p.m. and concluded at 2 a.m. Sunday, according to a department statement.
