The home is evacuated and all occupants are accounted for.

A fire burned Saturday in a home in Northridge, but no one was harmed, a city fire official said.

The fire was reported at 7:19 p.m. at 8330 N. Louise Ave., said Eric French of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Rescuers arriving at the location reported flames in the garage area of the two-story home, French said. The home was evacuated and all occupants were accounted for.

With 37 firefighters on the scene, the blaze was under control in 11 minutes, French said.

No injuries were immediately reported.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
