A 74-year-old man with dementia and high blood pressure is missing after last being seen in Chatsworth, authorities said.
Eliseo Lorente was last spotted at 10231 Nevada Ave. around 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, according to a missing person's alert issued by the Los Angeles Police Department.
He was last seen wearing a green shirt and tan/khaki pants.
