2-Acre Porter Ranch Grass Fire Extinguished

Firefighters took 54 minutes to put out the blaze.

Firefighters Saturday put out a two-acre grass fire in Porter Ranch, a fire official said.

Firefighters dispatched at 7:11 a.m. to the 20400 block of West Sesnon Boulevard had the grass fire out within 54 minutes, said Erik Scott of the Los Angeles City Fire Department.

There were no injuries and no structures were threatened, Scott said.
