If you are following my baby steps to a healthier lifestyle, you have started to drink more water and walk a bit more (or a lot). If you haven't, what's stopping you? Again, I am not talking about a huge change here. If you can only add one glass of water per day (try first thing in the morning), that's one more than you did before. If you can only walk 5 minutes, then yes, that's a good start!
The next thing that is very important for good health is sleep. Many people just don't value how important a good night's sleep is. The old adage of 8 hours a night still holds. If you are not sleeping well try to figure out what the main problem is. Address that one problem and see if you can find a solution. Often it's simply not going to bed early enough. Decide that your sleep is more important than whatever it is you think you must do before you go to bed. Prioritize. Sleeping well will help you feel better, be more energized, alert and even happier. Don't go simply by what I say-sleep on it and then decide for yourself.
