At least 1,900 Islamic voters filed into trailers during the court-ordered election, according to the Daily News. For two years the congregation has fought over how the center's current board of directors was seated.
The Sunni institution has a 20,000-square-foot mosque in Granada Hills and a smaller facility in Northridge.
