From the Coca test area. The mountains in the far background are the Santa Monica's. this place is smack in the middle of the most important habitat linkage in Southern California. Some of the people in charge of the clean up don't care. They want it stripped and scoured. Theyve said so publically. They call what you see in this picture "...a Toxic Wasteland". Not true. They should go read the works of John Muir.
