Commentary... Traffic from SSFL

Here's a map detailing the routes that will be used to take over 100,000 trucks of hazardous waste out of SSFL and through our community. 2/3 of these trucks are unnecessary.

The Simi City Council demanded that SSFL be cleaned to these wasteful standards. When I asked them about all the truck traffic and the fact the diesel particulates pose a greater cancer risk than the stuff they're hauling away, they said "That's West Hill's Problem!"

OK, if it's West Hills Problem... Mitch... deal with it!

The politicians that are using this tragedy for political gain better get their priorities straight. I wish they'd start supporting their constituents rather than the out of town special interests that have given them so much publicity in the past.

A fleet of 840 trucks hauling 100000 loads for how many years??
