Thinking Outside the Box"
Presented by Mike Rollans, Sr. Manager at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems

Whether operating in the work place or in your personal life you are often faced with challenges. The ability to “think outside of the box” often is what places you strategically in the best position for success. Mr. Rollans will describe a way to train yourself to look at such opportunities and solve them in a unique manner. Listen carefully because you may find just the right technique to assure future victories.Strategies for success: 1.   Determine what is working and do more of it. 2.     Determine what is not working and do less of it. 3.     Consider new approaches or old approaches in a new way and determine if they might work.

Our speaker on the evening of October 12th will be presenting some unique solutions to supply chain concerns and strategies for professional success you may not have considered….. so that you can get out of the box.

Mike Rollans began his career as a Buyer for the Lockheed-California Co and retired thirty plus years later as the Director of Material for Lockheed-Martin’s Marietta Georgia site.
