Pacoima Mural Walking Tour
View and learn about 15 incredible murals along Van Nuys Blvd. Learn the history, hear the inspiration and meet the artists (maybe even see some live painting along the way). Special guest speakers on selected tours. Tours are be led by two local artists that have been involved in the creation of the murals in various ways. Funds collected from the tour will help to start a mural conservation fund.

Cost:
$15.00 If you donate in advance online, otherwise $20.00 walk-up cost. Bus tokens will be provided. The funds are donated to the Museum of the San Fernando Valley and it will start a conservation fund for the murals.

Location:
Meet at the corner of Pala Ave & Van Nuys Blvd. in Pacoima. We will be taking a short Metro bus ride from there to Arleta Ave and then walking 1.5 mile back up to Pala Ave. Please arrive on time to make it on the bus, it leaves promptly at 10:15. Wear comfortable shoes. Bring umbrellas, caps, sunscreen and/or water bottles anything you may need to make the 1.5-mile walk comfortable for you.
Parking:
13158 Van Nuys Blvd. Pacoima, CA 91331. Tresierras Supermarkets is graciously allowing tour attendees to park at their location for 3 hours.
Myke's Cafe, a local restaurant, is also offering a FREE DRINK (non-alcoholic) with a purchase of a meal to those that attend the tour.
