Healthy Ideas - Clean Up Our Recipes Support Group - Breakfast
This month, we are talking about breakfast. I will present some great information and demo a cleaned up breakfast idea for you -- and you can taste the results!
Each month (2nd Tuesday) you will learn how to “clean up” some standard recipes with healthier ingredients, and they will still taste great!
Receive support from me and the other participants while learning and growing with one another to make clean eating easy eating as we learn to make a bad recipe into a really good recipe! We will be sharing challenges and successes. Everyone is welcome to attend and be ENCOURAGED -- from the beginner to the advanced clean eater.

There will be an ON TIME DRAWING FOR A SPECIAL PRIZE and an amazing BIG BASKET DRAWING in JULY and DECEMBER as a thank you for doing this work for yourself and your family and helping to support the group! You will be able to enter into each month and receive an extra ticket for bringing a friend. You need to be there to win and collect!!
Instructions:
**Bring a Clean Recipe (written on a 8x11 piece of paper with a picture of your recipe at the top) for the Recipe Exchange based on the Theme Schedule below. (Not the actual food!)
**I will gather all the recipes, scan them and email them out to all who attended and contributed their own cleaned up creation directions for that month! You will be able to start your own collection of Go-To CLEAN Recipes.

If you didn't attend the first introductory meeting, when you have made your payment, I will email you the paperwork with the substitution lists so you can try your hand at a healthy breakfast recipe!
There is a $15 participation fee for each session which includes a demo and tasting as as well as a free gift for every participant who attends. Prepay for 5 sessions and get the 6th free!
