A Blessing of the Animals for all faiths will be held on Sunday, October 21st at 9:00 am at the Congregational Church of Chatsworth. All types of well behaved animals and their companions/owners are welcome to gather at the southeast lot where animals will be blessed individually and by name. All who choose to do so are welcome to remain for worship at 10:00 am. The sermon will be "Animals as a Pathway to Spirituality." There is no charge for this community event, but optional donations of dog and cat food and kitty litter for the food pantry will be accepted in order to provide for pets of low income owners.
