Over twenty Southern California schools will be strutting their musicianship on the newly turfed field at Granada High Charter High School on November 10 at the 30th Annual Highlander Band Field Competition. Marching bands and drill team/dance squads will be competing for awards in Band, Percussion, and Pageantry at John Elway Stadium, with the action starting at noon and continuing through the evening.
Admission will be $7 at the stadium gate, to benefit the Highlander Band. No advance ticket sales. The doors open at noon, with the awards ceremony scheduled for 9 p.m.
The school is located at 10535 Zelzah Avenue, Granada Hills.
