World Vision Church and CD12 Host a Community Cleanup in Porter Ranch...

Last weekend members of the Porter Ranch Neighborhood Council, volunteers from the World Vision Church, and members of my staff conducted a neighborhood cleanup along Rinaldi Street. On Saturday morning the group descended on Rinaldi Street, picking up trash, sweeping pine needles from the sidewalks and gutters, and performing weed abatement.

I want to thank Porter Ranch Neighborhood Councilmembers Alex Kim and Becky Leveque as well as the West Valley Alliance, the Office of Community Beautification, and of course the volunteers who put in their time and hard work. The Rinaldi Street cleanup is an example of our communities coming together to improve our neighborhoods and make the Northwest San Fernando Valley a great place to live.
