LADWP Customer Service Centers Now Accepting Credit Cards...

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) has expanded its customer bill pay options by accepting credit card payments at all of its 15 Customer Service Centers (CSCs) began on Tuesday, July 1. 

Acceptance of Visa and MasterCard for in-person bill pay at regional CSCs is an additional convenience and another option among the many choices already available to customers. Other options include pay online at ladwp.com, pay by phone, automatic payment, pay by mail, and wire transfer, as well as other financial assistance programs.

LADWP offers payment options and plans for all manner of customer needs and situations. Information on these services and more is available on the Department website: visit www.ladwp.com and click on "Pay Bill" within the Residential Customers module.

For customers who prefer to connect by phone or electronically, the Department offers the following options: 1) Call Monday-Friday between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m., orSaturday between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m., when call volumes are typically much lower, 2) Use phone self-serve telephone options by calling 1-800-DIAL-DWP (1-800-342-5397), or 3) Email DWP through www.ladwp.com/ContactUs
