Take a Taste of Huaraches Al Guzman

Huaraches al pastor, also known as pork, are a Chatsworth Farmers Market favorite. Other options like chicken, beef, veggies, or a breakfast combination are also available.

Huaraches the Guzman way have made their debut at the Chatsworth Farmers Market. Customers are lining up as early as 9 a.m for this 27-year-old family recipe from Guanajuato, Mexico.

Customers can order the ingredients of their choice wrapped warmly in a signature handmade 16-inch tortilla smothered with cheese.

Ingredients can include eggs, bacon, veggies, pork, chicken, beef, and beans. Tacos and quesadillas are also available. Don't forget to try the cactus salad or the salsa.
