Suddenly, 4 New Chatsworth Eateries

Two will occupy the former Vincenzo's Pizza location on Mason Avenue.

They're slicing up .

The restaurant space on Mason Avenue has been cut in two. The storefront, which has been vacant since March, will now house a Flame Broiler, specializing in chicken, beef and veggie bowls.

The rest of the space at 10364 Mason Ave. is reported to be reserved for a new Little Caesar's Pizza place.

A fourth restaurant is in Chatsworth/Lake Manor. Celebrity chef and caterer Lenny Bent has opened Cookin’ With Lenny’s Smoke House at 23360 Lake Manor Dr. where he specializes in ribs, steaks and seafood.

The Flame Broiler and Little Caesar's will be adjacent to Mason Park in the wing of a shopping plaza that has a Subway and a Chase bank. Across the way is Kahoots, Smart & Final, and Trader Joe's, plus a host of other shops.

Vincenzo's still operates a Valley restaurant at 11045 Balboa Blvd., Granada Hills.
