Food Trucks Get Surprise Inspections

Several food truck operators in the Valley were shut down during the surprise inspections by the Los Angeles County Health Department.

When the gourmet food trucks come to Chatsworth, they generally draw big crowds at Devonshire Street and Mason Avenue, although some Valley have complained about these movable eateries.

This week, Los Angeles County health officials conducted surprise inspections on food trucks in the Valley and several were shut down, according to this report in the Daily News.
