A Valley-based adult film studio agreed to recall Tuesday a series of X-rated films based on the names of Ben & Jerry's ice cream flavors, the Huffington Post reports.
The Vermont ice cream company against Caballero Video and Rodax Distributors alleging trademark infringment for such releasing titles as Hairy Garcia, Peanut Butter D-Cups and Boston Cream Thighs under the monker, Ben and Cherry's.
The films' packaging depicted naked men and women set to the backdrop of puffy clouds and cows, which are branded on every Ben & Jerry's product.
Caballero President Tomer Yoffe signed a consent injunction, which was approved Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan in Manhattan, according to the Huffington Post.
The trademark lawsuit is still pending. Ben & Jerry's is seeking unspecified damages.
