$91,367 Mega Millions Ticket Sold in Northridge

There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in Friday night's drawing of the multi-state lottery.

A $91,367 Mega Millions lottery ticket with five correct numbers, but missing the Mega number, was sold at Bob's Liquor at 17315 Saticoy St. in Northridge.

There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in Friday night's drawing of the multi-state lottery and the estimated jackpot for Tuesday's drawing will grow to $86 million.

Tickets with five numbers, but missing the Mega number, were also sold at a Circle K store at 3899 E. Riverdale Ave. in Anaheim and a USA Gasoline station in Fremont in Northern California, a California Lottery official announced.

Another ticket with five numbers, but missing the Mega number, was sold in Michigan and is worth $250,000.

California law requires major payoffs of lottery games to be paid on a pari-mutuel basis.

The numbers drawn Friday night were 28, 34, 39, 45, 53 and the Mega number was 34. The estimated jackpot was $75 million.

The drawing was the ninth since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold.

The odds of matching all five numbers and the Mega number is 1 in 175,711,536, according to the Mega Millions website. The overall chance of winning a prize is 1 in 40.

The Mega Millions game is played in 42 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
