Smoke that drifted in Chatsworth and Porter Ranch around noon Tuesday originated from a blaze in Valencia, where the fire is currently being fought by county firefighters.
A reader alerted Patch of the smoke, but Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Erik Scott said its just residual smoke from 25-acre brush fire near Magic Mountain Parkway.
About 100 L.A. County firefighters and two helicopters are currently battling that blaze, City News Service reports.
