A Chatsworth single mom's minivan was torched Friday in her driveway and the Los Angeles Fire Department is investigating it as arson, but hasn't stated any motive, KNBC reported.
"Karen Siegel’s dog, Rex, provided the first clue something was wrong when he started barking at 4 a.m.," KNBC.com reported. "When the single mother of two looked out the kitchen window, she saw an orange glow."
Her teen son put out the two-story-tall fire with a garden hose and protected the house, said KNBC. Read more here.
