PIONEER DAY at the Chatsworth Historic Acre

October 7th is our 22nd Annual PIONEER DAY from 11 am to 4 pm. Tickets are available at the gate $5 for adults and $1 Children….Kids under 5 are free.

Join us for a Chili Cook off and Visit our museum with information and a special display on the history of Stoney Point.  Be on hand to work with our Black smith, Spinners and weavers, pan for gold, see the rock chippers, wood carvers and quilting projects to participate in,  to see how it all was done…and still is.

For kids, we have Chores of Yore and Games of Yore to try hands on activities that are kid friendly the way your grandparents worked and played.

A snack bar is available.  Bring the whole family and spend the day at the Homestead Acre.

Park your car at the Chatsworth Train Depot and use our free Shuttle service every 15 minutes starting at 11 am until 4 pm.

If you miss this event, our next open house will be Sunday, November 6th from 1-4 pm.  Please drop by for a tour of our museum and cottage set in an acre of gardens to enjoy.
