Jazz for Japan Fundraiser

Where/When: Vitello’s Jazz and Supper Club, 4349 Tujunga Ave., Studio City; Saturday, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Why Go: Proceeds from the all-day jazz fest will go directly toward Japanese tsunami relief.

Pricing: $25-$100

Spring Community Clean-Up 

Where/When: 19514 Rinaldi St., Porter Ranch; Saturday, 8:30 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Why Go: Join community leaders and middle-school students to help beautify the city.

Pricing: Free

Firefighters’ Pancake Breakfast and Community Safety Fair

Where/When: Fire Station 102, 13200 Burbank Blvd., Sherman Oaks; Sunday, 8 a.m.

Why Go: After enjoying a tasty breakfast at the fire house, head over to the Community Safety Fair across the street with live music and fire trucks.
