Northridge West Council to Hold Operation Clean Sweep

The council invites the community to help sweep Chatsworth Street and Wilbur Street on Jan. 25.

The Northridge West Neighborhood Council, Northridge Christian Church and Boy Scouts Troop 10 will hold its weekly operation clean sweep event along Chatsworth Street, between Vanalden Street and Wilbur Street, and along Wilbur Street, between Chatsworth Street and Tribune Street, on Jan. 25, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Participants will meet at the Northridge Christian Church. Parking will be available on Vanalden Street, west of Wilbur Street, and at the Church on the northwest corner of Chatsworth Street and Wilbur Street.

"The goal will be to have fun meeting your neighbors and friends while building a stronger community that’s committed to making Northridge a cleaner, greener and safer community to live, learn, work and play in," according to the Northridge West Neighborhood Council.
